- All Business Web Hosting plans have a $50 establishment charge.
- Web Hosting plans delivering larger web space and served traffic inclusions are also available. Starting from a Database plan, add multiples of $50 per month for each upgrade of an additional 1 Gbyte of web space (storage) and an additional 20 Gbytes per month of served traffic. Upgrades to a maximum of 20.5 Gbytes web space and 410 Gbytes monthly served traffic are available.

- There are no establishment charges if these features are ordered with your Business Web Hosting plan; otherwise a $50 establishment charge applies.
Excess Charges
Internode's Business Web Hosting plans have been designed with generous inclusions of storage and served traffic. Please select the most appropriate plan for your site, as excess charges do apply if the inclusions are exceeded :
Storage Limit
- The amount of storage utilised by each web site is measured on a daily basis, and the highest recorded daily value for that month is used as the billing amount. Exceeding the storage limit of the plan will result in a $0.20 per Mbyte per month excess storage charge.
- For services which use a database, the storage volume of this database is counted as part of the allocated web space volume.
- The basic log file is not included in the storage allocation (note this is overwritten on a regular interval with newer data; and if file is renamed to avoid this, then it will count towards storage allocation).
Served Traffic Limit
Traffic is measured as served from the website only - ie 'upload' to the website is not counted. Exceeding the served traffic limit of the plan will result in a $5 per Gbyte (calculated at 0.5 cents per Mbyte) excess traffic charge, calculated monthly.
Automatic Data Backup
- Customer web site data will be backed up at regular intervals, with the interval depending on the selected plan. Naturally this backup protects your data against a problem with the Internode hosting platform, at no additional cost.
- If however you request a restoration (not because of a problem with our platform), this is charged at $150 per request for the 'Static' and 'Dynamic' plans; or $300 for the 'Database' plan.
Additional Virtual Hosts
- Additional Virtual Hosts are additional web sites that you may choose to create within one service. All usage (served traffic and storage) of the Additional Virtual Hosts are counted towards the 'parent' service; and the database is shared with the other websites on the same service. Naturally, the Additional Virtual Hosts inherit all of the plan features and administrative access of the parent service.
- Each Additional Virtual Host is charged at $50 establishment (per order) and $10 per month per additional virtual host.
- The establishment charge is waived if the Additional Virtual Host is ordered at the same time as a new Business Web Hosting service.
Redirects
- These services are used to 'redirect' any web requests to a particular domain name, to a specific part of any other web site.
- Each Redirect is $50 establishment (per order) and $5 per month per Redirect.
- The establishment charge is waived if the Redirect is ordered at the same time as a new Business Web Hosting service.
